Doug represents many private and public sector clients in various practice areas, including general and professional liability, labor and employment, civil rights litigation, personal injury, healthcare law, business litigation, and administrative law. He has extensive jury trial and administrative and regulatory hearing experience in state and federal courts. He has been trial counsel in jury trials in most of the major counties throughout California, and has represented persons and others in various administrative proceedings. Doug has extensive military law experience. He is a former judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps, who presently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel/Judge Advocate with the California Air National Guard. He is especially proud of his work on behalf of veterans and military families.

She previously worked in San Diego handling many employment and construction defect litigation cases for major businesses. Relocating to the Inland Empire in 2007, Ms. Capasso has continued to represent some of the largest employers in the region. In law school, Karen was active in various moot court competitions, and also received Honors in Legal Research and Writing.
